With over four decades of experience in chemicals, Mr. Kantilal Koli is the pioneering force behind Sandhya Group. Starting his career at UPL and Atul Ltd, he gained deep technical expertise before founding Sandhya Dyes & Chemicals in 1983. His vision, courage, and commitment transformed a modest venture into a global enterprise with seven manufacturing facilities and exports to 54 countries. Under his leadership, Sandhya Group has consistently earned recognition through national and international awards. He instilled a culture of integrity, quality, and resilience that continues to guide the organization. His journey reflects how courage can turn challenges into milestones of growth.

With his emphasis on system efficiency and team building, he has streamlined operations and fostered a culture of collaboration. His customer – first approach has nurtured long-term relationships with leading multinationals worldwide. By combining operational excellence with strategic vision, he has positioned Sandhya Group as a preferred global partner in chemicals.

With an MS in Chemistry from the USA, Mr. Snehal Patel drives innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence within the organization. His leadership ensures the development of customised, safer, and future-ready solutions for industries worldwide. Focused on reducing technical glitches and simplifying applications, he has strengthened Sandhya Group’s reputation for reliability and innovation. His guidance in new project implementation and advanced R&D has expanded the company’s product portfolio across agriculture, public health, and specialty chemicals.
